I'd be happy to help, but I feel overwhelmed.  I've never used the whole stack of koji, src.fedoraproject.org, fedpkg, etc.

I need someone to help walk me through the first one.

If not, I'm starting to think it should be.  I'm seeing it show up as requirements for some python projects I'd like to work on.

If you need it as a dependency for another package, package it, why not?
