The python 3.11 compat should work with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mozjs78/blob/rawhide/f/0001-Python-Build-Use-r-instead-of-rU-file-read-modes.patch which I'd made for mozjs78 which is what 0ad is currently using.

Note that rawhide 0ad currently linked against boost1.76 - while rawhide boost is already 1.78,
so 0ad is FTI even if fmt8 package is introduced anyway currently.
