Hi

I have opened a non-responsive maintainer check for lbazan (Luis
Enrique Bazan De Leon)[1]. This email is part of that process.

Luis Enrique has not responded to the request of updating
transifex-client[2]. The package doesn't work anymore and a new Go
based one is required.
