Can we start changing License to SPDX now?

Do I understand it correctly that we can change License tags in our spec files
to SPDX syntax right now?

Or should we wait until updating
<https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:Main#Good_Licenses> to SPDX
identifiers?
