In the primary.xml files, there is a '<rpm:sourcerpm>' tag; would that
be usable at all to install srouce rpms or do you need the whole
<package> with <arch>src</arch> like in core?
we need the whole path to the src.rpm and we need some way of
distinguishing the types of repo BEFORE reading in the metadata.
