I have added the OCIO new version BZ# as a blocker to the yaml-cpp new version BZ# and added NEEDINFO from the maintainer. That being said the bug has been open since 2021 so I'll give it a couple of days, after which I plan to update yaml-cpp myself.

As usual, all builds will be done in a side tag. Dependent maintainers, please let me know if I should hold off if you have updates in the works.
