Not sure where this one should go but looks like there's a problem with policycoreutils-python...

Problem 5: problem with installed package unifi-5.10.25-1.fc30.x86_64
  - package unifi-5.10.25-2.fc31.x86_64 requires policycoreutils-python, but none of the providers can be installed
  - unifi-5.10.25-1.fc30.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - python2-policycoreutils-2.9-1.fc30.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository

While the project is in RPM Fusion the error seems to be in the policycoreutils package itself. I tried building the latest version to see if just a simple rebuild would fix it but it doesn't:

I'm not worried about the mongodb problem since Ijust install the upstream CentOS package...

Thanks,
