Hi,

I am in the process of updating icu from 71.1 to 72.1 in rawhide. This comes with a soname bump, but as usual, I'm including a compat package providing the old soname to not break the world while the rebuilds are in progress, so no rawhide breakage is expected. I'll work on the rebuilds over the weekend.
