I don't think that this went completely correct. I have just claimed ownership of rubygem-em-socksify (so far so good). However, I noticed, that mmorsi, while removed from packager group (at least being on the list) is still comaintainer of the package. I would assume that these people should have been completely dropped from the packages, shouldn't they?
