'rpmbuild -bs' is broken. Don't use it.

Yes, I would say that as well. It's just a low level tool and can never have all the integration with git that fedpkg has.

We might need to update package maintainer documents to be clear about this though, so that people know that they should use 'fedpkg srpm' and not 'rpmbuild -bs'.
