So the upgrade WILL ignore current F32 state -- systemd-resolved DISABLED + 'my' /etc/resolv.conf -- and enable + overwrite (respectively) each, regardless of whether we're _using_ NetworkManager (afaict it's impossible to completely remove all NM* cruft)?
