* Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 with kernel 4.18.11-200.fc28.i686 _DOES NOT_ work as
expected:
- it pretends to save hibernation data and switches off.
- when the computer starts, it begins to read the hibernation data, reboots and start as
normal power-on.
