I'm the one to blame, I'm really sorry about that, it was a new experience for me and I didn't know it has its own workflow.

Could you please help me with "How to untag it" properly and that this change doesn't break anything else?

Oh woe is me, util-linux build depends on util-linux (not directly,
but because the basic Koji build environment needs it).  So I don't
see how we will be able to rebuild this.

Could someone untag the broken pcre2 package from Rawhide?
