HEADS UP: astyle soname bump

I will update astyle and the included libastyle to 2.06 in rawhide
soon.

As far as I can see these are the dependant packages:

# dnf repoquery --alldeps --whatrequires astyle --queryformat '%{name}'
arduino
astyle
astyle-devel
codeblocks

I already sent a mail to the arduino maintainer.
codeblocks is maintained by me, so I can take care of it myself.

Please let me know if I missed something.
