Folks,
I've just encountered $Subj today, yesterday the same content URL <

worked just OK. Is this expected or rather an exception? In the former case, where can I get the modular content?
Yeah, we never actually released the modular server for f27. A different approach was taken for f28:
https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/modularity-dead-long-live-modularity...
Since we never released it (except as a beta) and never shipped any updates for it (except test ones) we removed those repos.
Thanks!

PS: I'm figuring out https://pulpproject.org support for modular
content
Cool. I'm not fully sure how this will look for f28, but likely you could ask the releng list or modulariy workgroup.
If you would like to track progress, we have a ticket open here: https://pagure.io/releng/issue/7227
