Unfortunately we missed a piece of the puzzle here.
Bug 1303034 - rpm macro expansion works incorrectly
when looping over a long list using lua
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1303034
We need this fixed in F24 and pushed into the buildroots
to unblock building glibc.
I thought this is already fixed in F24. At least I remember I tested
langpacks glibc.spec from mfabian's some old private git repository on
F24 machine. The rpm build I tested was rpm-4.13.0-0.rc1.23.fc24. But
now I see that f24 glibc is failing while comparing the SUPPORTED file
in %prep.
