I never used OC or NC, so here are my two cents: both are painful to
package in Fedora, so why don't we ask upstream to make some changes
that would simplify our work (if there are any)?
They don't want to. They (especially OC) are excessively uninterested
in aiding downstream packaging, think it's a waste of time, and advise
people to use their upstream deployment methods at every opportunity.
This was one major factor in me abandoning efforts to package OC.
