Sorry it's not working.
I simply build the existing approved package that was otherwise abandoned.
Given what you installed with Mandriva, it looks like there's another
package needed - airspyone_host, which is in the Fedora repositories.

Have you tried installing that package as well?
Please also keep in mind that Fedora is a volunteer-driven, community
project.
We all have limited time to contribute and while I and many others are
willing to assist with software like yours, it would be nicer to see a
request for assistance with getting the software into the distribution
over a lament that we do not have it.
