Are you able to plague-client kill these jobs and resubmit them?
ppc2 build server was hit hard by all sorts of old processes (including java, maven, beam) from previous build jobs and 100% of the cpu power occupied.

Right now the netapps where the repos are stored are being completely unresponsive. I have shut down plague while we work out what is going on with them. Sorry about this.
