Rawhide uninstallable

[Orion Poplawski]

Seems like rawhide has been uninstallable for the last few days.  This 
seems to be a bad sign to me.  Is it?

It's not a bad sign.  It's an issue with buildinstall that only seems
to effect the rawhide creation process in usually unrepeatable ways.
I'm looking into it today, but the final f8 compose did not have any of
these compose issues.
