OpenEXR update complete in Rawhide (YAY!)

which seemed to be failing for other reasons.

According to rmdepcheck, you missed a couple of other deps, libjxl-
devtools and libjxl-utils :

<sigh> I cloned the repo but forgot to build it... Started now.
