f46-build-side-151618 today.  No action should be required by anyone.

So far we're about half way.

There's one FTBFS in plplot which seems unrelated, possibly caused by
a gcc or glibc change:

I don't see any bug about it yet.

I think we're ready to merge this.  Problems found:

- ocaml-ocamlnet, ocaml-xmlrpc-light

ocamlnet FTBFS, I think with general C compiler issues; and
  ocaml-xmlrpc-light depends on it

ocaml-stdcompat needs fixing
  (https://github.com/ocamllibs/stdcompat/issues/62), and the other

I'll take care of these 3.  I'm going to update ocaml-stdcompat to
version 22.0 with an updated patch for OCaml 5.5.1, then rebuild the
others.
