Processing of review

Hi,

I have two approved review requests, but the Fedora automation system
isn't processing the review any further, and
no Pagure SCM repository is being created either.

I don't know what kind of automation you speak about. Creating SCM repositiers
is triggered by manullaly creating a SCM request with "fedpkg request-repo
..." command.

Nevertheless, the two review requests are in invalid state. They should be in
ASSIGNED state, but they are in NEW state.

Basically Martin needs a re-review from someone else with packager 
rights. Not sure if Sergio plans to come back?
