python-pep8 is orphaned

Hello,

I've orphaned python-pep8. pep8 was renamed to pycodestyle in 2016; it
received its last release in 2017. It should be removed from Fedora in a
future release.

I unfortunately don't have time to proceed with the full retirement
process myself. If somebody would like to pick it up:

autopep8 now uses pycodestyle. I should update autopep8 over the
next few days.

For hacking, it looks like I missed the commit, which dropped the
requirement for pep8, pyflakes, and mccabe. I'll update as well.

Seems like packages that use python-pytest-pep8 should switch to 
python-pytest-pycodestyle and python-pytest-pep8 should be retired.

Hmm, I think that should by pytest-codestyle - and looks like it needs 
to get packaged first...

In epel7, I'm trying to bump python-tabulate to version 2.5.5 that's the obviously
last release for the major version 2.x branch. We shouldn't update python-tabulate to
version 3.x something for obvious reasons (ABI/API breakage with other dependencies).

How can we proceed with an orphaned python-pep8 in Fedora that hosts the epel7 branch,
too? No idea if python-pep8 is an importand dependency for python-tabulate, it's
indeed dropped for the new version 3.x branch.

needing some love in epel7, too. *

No, it's not important, please don't lint the code on buildtime and drop the 
dependency.

epel7:

Execution of tests fail, even for python2 (on epel7) and version 2.5.5
of python-flake8. For now, I decided to continue with disabled python3
in epel7.

It seems there's need for a new version of python-pep8 with improved
API. The AttributeError is given for most of those test files so I
assume a core functionality is b0rken e.g. pyflakes (via _pyflakes.py
internally) too, besides engine:

It's fine to have an EPEL-only package with no master branch, right? So 
that should not be an issue.
