My package was reviewed and accepted[1], but the ticket is frozen since a week now. What is the next step ? I find nothing about this in package review process[2], or packaging-guidelines[3].

Have you done a "fedpkg request-repo"? Something like "fedpkg request-repo netdata 1684719" is probably enough and that should request the dist-git repos for the package, from there you can build it for rawhide and require branches etc.

Well it has passed review so now you need to request creation of the repository with "fedpkg request-repo" now.
