atop 1.25 in Fedora

Fedora is still shipping version 1.23 of atop. An updated rpm of atop
1.25 is available from http://atoptool.nl . Gerlof seems to be the
packager.

the best way to monitor *automatically* a package is with
"Upstream Release Monitoring":
