Fine-tunign of Bluecurve QT theme

Hello.

I've just opened a general bug about the differences between the QT and
Gtk Bluecurve styles, with a partial patch. The bug lists quite a few
differences that I've found (xmag is your friend!). If there are any QT
hackers on the list who are interested in helping out, please take a
look at
