Unretire sugar packages.

I'd like to unretire the following sugar packages;

sugar
sugar-browse

They've been orphaned for <8 weeks so they don't need a review.

I'd also like a review for sugar-paint
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2228190, it has been open for
quite a while now.

Seeing as these packages don't require a re-review, can I go ahead and just
build the packages and they'll no
longer be blocked by the buildsystem?

You must still file a releng ticket as described in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_... to have the packages unblocked in koji. You just don’t have to provide a link to a re-review in Bugzilla.

Note: the following packages are in the comps group but are still shown
as retired:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sugar-read
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sugar-toolkit-gtk3
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sugar-log

Do you intend to pick these up too? I think you at least need to pick
up sugar-toolkit-gtk3, as sugar depends on it.
