spam wave over

There were a pile of spams sent to the list this morning.

Users sending have been banned from all lists, removed from this list
and the archives of the spams have been deleted.

Additionally, I have added some header rules to hopefully block these
before they get to the list.

Thank you, Kevin.  I seriously doubt this is how you wanted to spend
your Saturday, but it is greatly appreciated.
