unheeded ACL requests

Hello, 

For a long time (almost 2 years), dilo (and a number of packages) have not been updated.
So, I decided to request commit privileges. But the request has sat unheeded for the last
several months. Unfortunately, this is not true only for dillo, but also for a bunch of
other packages (eg: revelation, xplanet, spacefm, etc). Is there a way to get things to
move at all?

IMHO , you should write in same bug that you will open one ticket in
fesco trac for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers if maintainer still 
nonresponsive , I would also ask acls and commit permissions in pkgdb

I see that you already asked ... , you should also mention that on
bugzilla bug ...

There seems to have been some activity, but why does the user not respond to BZ requests?
Is two months of inactivity a reasonable timeframe?

I would also send a mail to the package owner, explaining why you'd want
commit access to this or that repository.

In my experience, that always helps; as a personal preference, I tend
to ignore requests from someone without context.

Thanks! I sent the following e-mail to the owner on January 30 and got no response:

Hi,
dillo 3.0.5 has been out for a while and I was wondering if you wanted to update it.
dillo3.0.4 has stopped working for me for a few websites and therefore the update is sort
of important for me.

I am happy to be a co-maintainer and I had requested this on the Fedora Accounts System
but I did not hear anything for that so I was thinking that you may not have received the
e-mail.
Hopefully you will get this e-mail.
