I'm trying to follow guide on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/How_to_Get_Sponsore... but link "raising an issue at packager-sponsors" points to https://pagure.io/packager-sponsors/issues/ which tells:
Static archive. pagure.io was sunset in 2026; this is a read-only snapshot.
Could anybody help what is current working link for "raising an issue at packager-sponsors" ?

yeah, Fedora moved from Pagure to the new Fedora Forge. the current packager-sponsors tracker is here:
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/packaging/sponsors/issues
Pagure is read-only now, so you'll want to open the issue there.
