Claiming Ownership of gpsbabel

Hi,

Today I noticed that gpsbabel has been orphaned, I think because the
maintainer didn't respond in bugzilla.

gpsbabel-1.10.0 is available:

The suggestion from tsteven4 makes sense and gpsbabel has actually been
updated to 1.10.0 already.

It would really be a pitty if gpsbabel gets removed from Fedora, I have
some bandwidth to take ownership but I'm not sure if it's appropriate.

I'm Cc-ing Ralf Corsepius to check if he is still interested in
maintaining gpsbabel.
