mp3 encoding now ok

Hi,
So just wanted everyone to know that we now have the go ahead to ship mp3 encoding in
Fedora too. So anyone involved with packaging
mp3 encoders can now start migrating them to the Fedora repositories. We are still in the
process of evaluating other codecs.
