Hello folks!
We are approaching Fedora 37 Final Freeze, which will start on 2022-10-04.
There are still 33 packages in Fedora 37 that will need to be rebuilt with Python 3.11 in order to be installable (most of them). I propose to retire the non-installable packages if they are not rebuilt by 2022-10-03 (1 day before the final freeze) unless they have a freeze exception request and a clear path forward to make it to Fedora 37 GA. Packages that will be fixed after GA can be reintroduced with an update.

Awesome, thanks!
PS I've reopened the bugzilla and marked the update as fixing it.

Answering own question, upstream commit a snapshot fixing the build. Update is now available on https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-84124cb352

I was hoping invoke would be fixed in time, but it wasn't so I disabled the tests and built it for F37+.

No movement on upstream bug, so I went ahead and implemented your suggestion. Hopefully matrix-synapse+cache_memory which is the only runtime consumer still works.

It's been a while and still not clear to/not to use secp256k1, so lets just wait for an answer from legal (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2101458) If they say no then not much to do :)

I fixed this one. Upstream already resolved the dependency issues in 1.0.1, I just had to fix a failing test with werkzeug 2.2.0+ and update the doc building syntax.

This is an odd one. The package is more or less a metapackage and has been since 2012: it doesn't contain any code, just a readme, a license, and some egg-info. It depends on all three of the 'sub' packages.
It technically provides a module called datanommer, but nothing requires that. I think it's probably fine just to let this go away.
Upstream has now changed things so you can't "build" datanommer at all any more: https://github.com/fedora-infra/datanommer/commit/1aeb3c6ec2dc5265d662b24f24...
datanommer-commands @ralph ASSIGNED https://bugzilla.redhat.com/2098693 Seems to have been updated in dist-git to a version with missing dependencies?

OK, this is fixed now, though I had to work around a curious issue: when the package does a standard %pyproject_wheel and %pyproject_install , the tests get installed. I've no idea why this happens for datanommer-commands but not the very similar python- datanommer-models . Someone more familiar with Poetry might be able to figure it out, I guess.
