_Exactly_ my point, thanks. I realize that for some user communities,
translations (even shoddy ones) are very important.. but strictly
speaking, for Fedora Core they probably aren't.
I speak for fedora.redhat.com
web site, including documentations. For that,
translations are very importants !
PS : i don't see why you're speaking about tarballs
