Non-responsive packager check for @sham1

Hi all,

Would anyone know how to contact @sham1 please? They maintain the ledger
package but have not responded to PRs/bugs in a while. So, I have had
to, unfortunately, begin the non-responsive process:

You do not need to use `--email` argument when `--user` is used.

When username is given, fedora-active-user will connect to the FAS 
system and fetch profile data. Which includes two emails: main one and 
bugzilla one (they do not need to be the same).

Hi.

Yeah, I'll just respond *here* as well so that there is no more
ambiguity. I've been a bit busy with life, and I haven't necessarily
had time to work on the packages I've maintained. I'll try to make it
so that I'll remember to work on the stuff.

I'm also not the best at reading emails, so the best way to reach me is
via IRC when it's afternoon in Europe. On Libera my nick is "sham1",
predictably enough. If need be, you can ping me there if you need to
contact me for stuff.

But yeah, sorry about my absenteeism. I'll try to avoid it in the
future, but let's see.

Hi Jani,

good to have you back. Regarding IRC, Matrix is nowadays much more
active, Fedora development has mostly moved off IRC. You should
consider installing a Matrix client, e.g. Element.
