yaml-cpp 0.7.0 soname bump for Rawhide is complete

I had to back off updating OpenColorIO as it needed a newer version of
minizip-ng than what's available.

The only fallout is supercollider which failed to build for other reasons:

supercollider is fixed in -7, backporting upstream fix for libsndfile 1.1.x .

repoquery says cantera also needs rebuilding for new yaml-cpp, so it's done.
