Intent to orphan php-gettext-gettext

Greetings!

I plan to orphan php-gettext-gettext in a week, unless someone else
wants to take care of it. I originally packaged it so I could add
Ampache to Fedora, but that project was far more difficult than I
expected and I decided to abandon it.

Is your FAS account sundeepanand? If so, it doesn't appear that you are
a Fedora packager at the moment.
