Still 18 missing package updates on Fedora 44 compared to Fedora 43

Hi all,

Current state as of right now are (at least) 18 missing updates in
Fedora 44 compared to Fedora 43, that result in package downgrades on
system upgrade and / or Fedora 44 missing out on package updates that
are present in Fedora 43 and Rawhide already.

I have already commented on all messed up Packit PRs and bodhi
updates, but in most cases, I have not received a response from the
package maintainers. :sad face: (and in the case of packit-created
bodhi updates, nobody is listening anyway :very sad face:).

Provenpackagers, please help fill the gaps. In most cases, the missing
koji build and / or bodhi update would be very straightforward to do.
(Ignore cases where the downgrade is just caused by a versioning
snafu, like 1.0.0b12 ("beta 12") sorting higher than 1.0.0 due to not
using the correct RPM syntax for pre-release versions.)

I used provenpackager privilege to trivially fix the following by 
building them and creating updates:

- snapd: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-ef37a2e97a

Similarly for the following, but they had already been built, and only 
the update was missing:

I didn’t fix rust-pythonize, because the only thing that depends on it 
is matrix-synapse (also in this list), and that still fails to build 
from source in both Rawhide/F45 and F44, so there is little value in 
intervening in rust-pythonize alone. Those two updates will need to be 
handled together by the matrix-synapse package maintainers after they 
resolve the FTBFS issues.

I did not fix qxmmp, but I investigated it. This one was built in a side 
tag a month ago, but kaidan was never rebuilt to match and an update was 
never created. This could be fixed by tagging the qxmpp-1.14.2-2.fc44 
build into a new side tag, doing a wait-repo, rebuilding kaidan, and 
then issuing a new update from the side tag. The question is whether to 
add a rebuild commit to F44, keeping it at kaidan 0.13.0 and diverging 
the branches, or merge back the kaidan 0.15.0 update commit from Rawhide 
and build that. I didn’t want to make that decision as provenpackager 
without input from a kaidan maintainer.
