Raw Hide ypbind/initscripts issues

I'm not sure what package to file this bug against:

in Raw Hide, the ypbind service is being started before the network is
brought up, and so fails to initialize.  The chkconfig runlevels listed
in /etc/init.d/ypbind have not changed so maybe something else has?

(this bug is new since FC3)

Also tries to mount nfs filesystems before starting the network.  I think
what changed is the init order of the network interfaces getting
configured/dhcp et al.

Is it because the interfaces are being handled by NetworkManager?  NetworkManager starts
pretty late due to needing haldaemon and messagebus.  Of course, it starts really late if
you are on a wireless connection and need to enter a passphrase which won't happen
until you've logged in.

I don't think so:

[root@trash ~]# chkconfig  --list NetworkManager
NetworkManager  0:off   1:off   2:off   3:off   4:off   5:off   6:off

chkconfig bug. *sigh*. Will get it fixed.
