Orphaning evtest, evemu and some X11 utilities

Hi all,

I've orphaned evtest (which is also unmaintained and up for grabs
upstream), evemu (same) and the following X utilities:

- sessreg
- x11perf
- xcursorgen
- xeyes
- xkill
- xsetroot
- xvidtune
- xwd

Please grab them if you need them.

yep, libinput record and it's counterpart libinput replay (for replaying a
recording). Both in libinput-utils.rpm.
