No response to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libxsmm/pull-request/3 from main admin

I'm working on Fedora PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libxsmm/pull-request/3 to update libxsmm to the latest version. This was opened on Jul 05, and issues are addressed 1-2 weeks ago with the helps of reviewers.

However, during the two months, the PR haven't yet got response from the main admin, @loveshack, of this repo. I also emailed according to the information provided on their FAS page days ago, but unfortunately havn't got response. Therefore, I want to file this ticket to help get some notice.

Yes, I have similar issue. It looks like we are going to have the list 
of inactive maintainers.

Please double check that you followed to process correctly.

Make sure you file a bug against libxsmm.

Did you check whether loveshack has been active in fedora recently? Please include this in your email and bug report.

It would also help if you would include the name of the user that you are trying to contact in the subject and in the email. This does not seem to be mentioned in the https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_... - but certainly helps to find that person. You could have a look at previous non responsive maintainers email on the list and use that as a template.

Sorry if I lose some content in the ticket, but it seems I'm not able to edit it directly

So I'm trying to contact Dave Love (FAS @loveshack, [e-mail]); I see Dave had activities on dist-git recent months (the last one is on rpms/opari2, Aug 12). However, the PR is opened early July and got no response from them so far. I also sent an email to [e-mail] nearly a week ago but didn't get reply.
