By "Binary Drivers" do you mean fglrx? If so = no help (and from what
I understand to even use them you have to downgrade half the distro to
F8 versions...).
If your card is an R5xx or less, try giving the radeon driver another
try - that has since gained 3d and Xv support for R5XX class cards.

so far i was solving problems with opengl video output with ATI binary
drivers & compiz turned on Fedora 9. Videos are blinking .
As i was informed, problem can not be solved. It is becouse bug is on
ATI driver side?
