Orphaning: xsel

Hi,

I am orphaning xsel as I don't have time to maintain it. The recent gcc update means xsel no longer compiles.

I am not sure if it is worth maintaining xsel when xclip is packaged as well, so if someone think so, please take the package.

I can take xsel. Please transfer it to me. I will fix FTBFS (caused by
-Werror -Wall, sigh).
