packager-sponsors repo migrated to Fedora Forge

Hi everyone,

The packager-sponsors tracker has been migrated to Fedora Forge. Its new 
location is at https://forge.fedoraproject.org/packaging/sponsors. Note 
that, it's currently not possible to autosubscribe all sponsors of the 
packager group to the tracker like we did before. If you're affected, 
please be sure to manually go to the repository page on Fedora Forge and 
click **Watch** in the upper-right corner to continue receiving 
notifications.
