By selecting 'take'?  It is not clear if 'take' if for sponsoring the

or for the review.

Take is for the assignment of the BZ.  We don't sponsor reviews, we
sponsor packagers.  Are you a sponsor for the packager group?

Sorry, I'm using the wrong terms.  A BR was already opened by

I have discussed with upstream, and the asked me to take ownership of this 
package, which I have agreed to.

What do I need to do?

If it will be your package, ideally you should submit the BZ.  Then
someone else will start the review, setting that flag to ?, and then to +
when they approve.  You'd then submit an SCM request incorporating another
flag.
