Request to transfer ownership of package "crystal"

Hi,

Per the guidelines here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers I have opened this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1029728 requesting an update.  I have not heard from the package maintainer in three weeks, so I am formally requesting to transfer ownership of the package "crystal" to myself.
