I've begin to work on that one, but it is not yet finished nor tested.

I plan to submit the package in official repos; but of course once it
will be finished, and once I'll have time to spend on that (probably not
until one or two months).

I think there is a newer, more up-to-date version of the same thing in 
the form of ViMbAdmin: https://github.com/opensolutions/vimbadmin/wiki

I personally use this one after searching for something that does what 
Postfix Admin does.
