vagrant-hostmanager-1.8.6 license change: MIT → MPLv2.0

vagrant-hostmanager has changed its license from MIT to MPLv2.0 with
version 1.8.6:

Due to this, I only plan to release 1.8.6 on Rawhide[0].

Yeah I noticed that, and there were no release notes highlighting the
change either. I also feel like it's not great to change a project's
license without changing its major version too (this change was done in
a .z release!) - the license is a kind of API in itself. I'm glad I ran
a git diff on the two versions or I'd have missed it!

Same thing happened in the early Cython days [0] and was discovered recently that the
change never propagated to the rpm package.
