Ok. Yet another mailing list. But could you explain the rationale behind
that decision here?
The docs project was one of the initial ones setup it's heavily mentioned at
fedora.redhat.com http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/docs/
The devel list seems an appropriate place to at
least hold a summary of such decisions in it's archive. With all these
lists and channels information is fragmented enough as it is.
devel is noisy enough, documentation discussion would just get drowned.
Working on documentation and translation is a different enough activity to
warrant seperation. Where there is overlab - eg the selinux faq cross list
discussion does happen.
I can't find such extensive docs for Fedora yet (howto != guide),
so why
not maintain them until alternatives are available?
Copyright/license issues I believe, I think this was covered on -docs-list
already, though a quick look through the archives I couldn't find the post.
